2023 Kia Carnival–A few modest changes are made to the seating and infotainment options for the 2023 Kia Carnival. The brand’s newest minivan, the Carnival, made its debut the previous year. The LX, EX, SX, and SX Prestige trim levels of the 2023 Carnival are still available.
2023 Kia Carnival Exterior
The LX has heated side mirrors, proximity keyless entry, hands-free power sliding side doors, and LED headlights. The EX offers machine-finished 19-inch wheels, automatic tri-zone climate control, rear sunshades, a hands-free power liftgate, and safety and connectivity enhancements. Upgrading to the SX adds gloss black wheels, power-folding side mirrors, more chrome trim, and LED fog lights.The trim with full inside and exterior LED lighting, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, and a universal house remote is the SX Prestige.
2023 Kia Carnival Interior
Even for this class, the Carnival’s internal size is exceptional. Seven people can sit in the basic LX’s three rows of seating. Capacity is increased to eight by adding a configurable third row, which is standard on all other trims and optional on the LX. When not in use, the middle seat can be folded into a table or pulled forward to bring a young kid closer to the parents. The SX Prestige can accommodate seven passengers with the second-row captain’s seats, which are free of charge. The Carnival provides 40.2 cubic feet of cargo space when all rows are occupied. There are 86.9 cubic feet available when the third row is folded into the floor. More space than any other minivan on the market, 145.1 cubic feet, is made available by folding down the second row.
In addition to an 8-inch touchscreen, six speakers, and seven USB connections, the LX now supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The 12.3-inch touchscreen, navigation, wireless charging, eight speakers, HD audio, and satellite radio are all included in the EX and SX. Exclusive to the SX Prestige is a 12-speaker Bose audio system.
2023 Kia Carnival Engine
A 3.5-liter V6 engine with 290 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque powers every Carnival. Power is delivered to the front wheels via an eight-speed automatic transmission. 3,500 pounds are the towing capacity. The Carnival achieves 19 city, 26 highway, and 22 combined miles per gallon, according to EPA estimations. These numbers are average for a minivan powered by gas.
2023 Kia Carnival Price & Release date
The 2023 Kia Carnival is scheduled to go on sale in late summer or early fall of 2022. It will be sold in Kia dealerships all around the United States and in a few chosen foreign locations. There are five trim levels available for the 2023 Kia Carnival minivan: LX, LX Seat Package, EX, SX, and SX Prestige. Its MSRP starts at $32,600 for the LX trim and goes all the way up to $45,700 for the SX Prestige trim.
